Core Return Policy

-
Core refunds are contingent upon the core being reworkable to operate within manufacturer specifications. Cores must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the part to qualify for a core refund.
-
For most products purchased on our website through an exchange process, we ship a remanufactured part to you along with a prepaid return label. This label mandates the return of your core part within 15 days of receiving the remanufactured part and is valid only within the continental USA. It will be issued solely with the contents of your order. Upon receipt of your core, your warranty will commence.
-
Processing core refunds can take up to 30 business days from the arrival of the core at our facility. If you have not received a core refund within this time, it may indicate that your core is irreparable and unsuitable for rebuilding. Your warranty will remain validated, but you will not receive a core refund if one was due. The core fee is clearly detailed on your invoice.
-
You have the option to request the return of a non-rebuildable core to you, with return shipping costs applicable.
-
Cores returned after the 15-day core return window will not be eligible for a core fee refund and will only be used for warranty activation. Please retain a copy of your return tracking number.
-
We do not accept cores that are cracked, burned, broken, contaminated with liquid or chemicals, equipped with incorrect module boards, or have undergone prior repair attempts, as these hold no credit value.
-
Cores with no credit value become the responsibility of the customer to retrieve, including all associated return shipping fees. Any non-rebuildable parts sent to Auto & Trucks Electronics for rebuilding and left unclaimed for more than 30 days from the arrival date will become the property of GPT Maps.
Freight Damage Claims

Any claims of freight damage must be noted with the freight carrier’s driver at the time of delivery on the carrier's documents. In most cases, GPT Maps LLC will initiate a freight damage claim for the buyer provided the buyer noted the damage at the time of receipt. If not noted at the time of receipt, a claim may be made on behalf of the buyer, but the part may not be warranted, and acceptance or denial of the claim is at the freight carrier's discretion.
Canceled Orders

Orders cannot be canceled after expenses have been incurred or work has been performed by GPT Maps LLC. Any expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.
Special Orders

There are no returns or refunds on special orders. Exchange may be made at the supplier's discretion.

Any technical or mechanical advice offered or given in connection with the purchase is provided as an accommodation to the purchaser and without charge. GPT Maps LLC and/or the supplier shall have no responsibility or liability for the content or use of such advice.

All used parts or merchandise must be inspected by the buyer for defects or safety hazards. There are NO guarantees or warranties on used merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety hazards.
